1. How long does it take to get my order back?
One week from pick up date for clean and waterproof orders. Repair times are between 1-2 weeks depending on repair type.
2. How can I tell if my blanket needs a waterproof treatment?
If you pour water onto your turnout/ blanket and water is absorbed, it is time for a treatment. Waterproofing should be done at least once a year. We cannot guarantee waterproof treatment if your blanket has been damaged by heat previously.
3. How do I prepare my blankets for you to pickup?
Instructions on how to prepare your blankets for pick up are on our Pick Up/Drop Stations page along with weekly pickup/drop off schedule for stations and home/barn.
4. How do I pay my invoice/bill?
You have 15 days after the date of delivery to retrieve your invoice out of your bag(s) and pay your invoice/bill. You may call us with your visa or mastercard, or you may mail checks to our address on the invoice. All invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a late fee.
5.What is your policy on lost or damaged blankets or items?
If a blanket or other item is proven to be lost or damaged, our policy is that we will replace your blanket or item for a brand new one of the same brand of equal replacement value. For example, if we have been proven to have lost your six year old Rambo, we will go and buy a brand new Rambo for you with a smile on our faces.
